How can gender-specific differences in medicine be researched, communicated and applied in a more targeted manner? This key question will be the focus of the 11th International Congress of the International Society of Gender Medicine (IGM), which will take place on 18 and 19 September 2025 at the Johanniskirche in Magdeburg.

To mark World Alzheimer's Day in September, Magdeburg University Hospital and the DZNE cordially invite you to an information event. The focus will be on innovative approaches to diagnosis and therapy, which will be presented during the memory consultation hour.

Corinna Jendges, Commercial Director of Jena University Hospital, will be appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board of Magdeburg University Hospital A.ö.R. with effect from 15 August 2025.

Prof. Dr. Dimitrios Mougiakakos and Prof. Dr. Michael Kreißl will be presenting the latest developments in modern cancer treatment at the next Medical Sunday event. The focus will be on innovative approaches such as immunotherapy and theranostics. An event organised by Magdeburg University Hospital in cooperation with Urania and Volksstimme.
